Our Process
Home visit
This involves our office meeting the family to set expectations for both parties. We want to ensure that we provide you with the best person on our team that will suit your needs. We also want to know what your family member is like and what their potential needs are. A homevisit helps us to map out logistics and give our team the best plan of action to provide you with the best service.
Create a care plan
Based upon the intake form and home visit, we create a care plan that will be given to the caretaker for your family member. We discuss the care plan with you and see if there are any other services or details that you would like to add. This is the backbone of our commitment to you and we are always open to changing things if needed based on what is working or not working for your family member.
Consultation
During the first session, someone from our logistics team arrives with the caretaker to make introductions and ensure a smooth transition. We will also give the family member a follow-up call after the first week of care to see how everything is going. We believe that attention to detail and following up are essential to any healthcare experience. This is integral to our business.
